Services and experiences launch in an all-new app
As a Design Lead on Airbnb’s Marcom Product Screens team within their creative studio, I drove visual design and motion production for the company’s biggest marketing launch in history. I partnered closely with product, marketing, design, and motion teams to translate the full product redesign — and hundreds of new features — into clear, accurate, and emotionally resonant product stories for CEO + Brand social, live keynote, and interactive site.
I owned the end-to-end craft for animated product screens within demos and prototypes: building visual systems, aligning storytelling through photography and metadata with product accuracy, mapping interaction behaviors, preparing motion-ready files, and guiding reviews with cross-functional partners to keep the creative vision tight. Over a 6-month sprint, my team and I delivered over 100 assets across the U.S. and global markets.
Brian Chesky’s announcement post surpassed 11M views, the keynote pulled nearly 3M on YouTube, and the newsroom rollout introduced Services in 260 cities while expanding Experiences to 650+ cities.
